What is FOX One?
Launched by FOX Corporation in the United States in 2025, FOX One is a new streaming service designed to bring together all of the group’s content in a single app.
FOX One includes both live TV channels and on-demand content. A FOX One subscription gives you access to:
- FOX and its general-interest programmes;
- FOX News;
- FOX Business;
- the FOX Sports channels;
- programmes, documentaries and catch-up TV;
- certain major sporting events broadcast by the group.
FOX One’s main focus remains on sport, broadcasting numerous live events such as the NFL, MLB, American college football and several international football tournaments.
This is also one of the reasons why FOX One is generating so much interest in the run-up to the 2026 World Cup. FOX holds the broadcasting rights for the tournament in the United States and is providing comprehensive coverage of the event.

At nearly $20 a month, the subscription represents a significant expense, especially if you only want to watch the sports events broadcast by FOX.
How do I access FOX One?
Available only in the United States, it is not possible to subscribe to FOX One directly from Europe.
You can access the registration page and enter your credit card or PayPal details, but you always get an error message!
If you want to watch FOX One from France or another European country, there aren’t that many options!
Option 1: use a VPN
The best-known method is to use a VPN to simulate a connection from the United States.
Among the best-known are NordVPN and ProtonVPN, which are excellent VPNs offering a wide range of services to secure your online activity and connect via servers in other countries.
On paper, the solution seems simple, but in practice it can be a bit of a hassle. In particular, there are the additional costs involved: you have to keep the VPN active to access the content, so you’ll need to factor in an extra subscription on top of the one for Fox One.
I haven’t tested this with Fox One, but it’s also likely that there’s a geographical verification check at the payment stage, which could cause the subscription to be blocked.
